Comptroller's outgoing correspondence files, 1979-1998.

This series consists of copies of outgoing correspondence from the Comptroller's Office to state agencies, private businesses, federal and local government agencies, various constituent organizations, and other public and private organizations and individuals. According to the comptroller's chief secretary, correspondence files predating December 1982 were destroyed.

Government official and civic leader H. Carl McCall was born on October 17, 1935 in Boston, Massachusetts to Herman McCall and Caroleasa Ray.
